Reviews charter
This charter describes the rules for posting, moderating and reporting reviews about Belgian companies listed in the BCE.
Scope
Reviews are strictly about a user's commercial or professional experience with a Belgian company registered in the BCE/KBO. They are never about named individuals.
Posting rules
Be sincere, factual and respectful. Forbidden: insults, hate speech, criminal accusations without evidence, third-party personal data (employees, directors), advertising, off-topic, fake reviews. Any breach leads to rejection or removal.
Moderation
Each review is automatically analysed before publication. Borderline cases are reviewed by our team within 48 business hours. You're notified by email at every step.
Company right of reply
Any company mentioned can post an official response after verifying its link to the listing (email at a BCE-registered domain, or manual proof). The response is shown with an "Official response" badge and remains subject to our charter.
Reporting (DSA)
Any user can report a review they consider unlawful or in breach of our charter (art. 16 of the EU Digital Services Act). A report sends the review back to human moderation immediately.
Data and anonymity
Reviews are published under a pseudonym. The author's identity is kept on the server side to respond to judicial requests and DSA reports. IP addresses are never displayed. Under GDPR, you can request access, rectification or deletion of your data at any time.
