Referral programme

Turn satisfied clients into an acquisition channel. Every team member — or partner — gets a unique code, and you decide the reward scheme for both the referrer and the referee.

What you can do

A configurable referral engine, admin-audited, wired into CRM and invoicing to reward automatically.

  • Unique links & codes

    Every user gets a short customisable code (e.g. /referral/jane-d) and a shareable link with QR code for printed material.

  • Custom reward scheme

    Reward for the referrer (credit, free months, fixed amount) and for the referee (discount, extended trial). Configurable per plan or per role.

  • Conversion tracking

    Live statuses: signed up → activated → first payment → recurring. You see at a glance which referrals actually generate revenue.

  • Automatic payout

    Once a referee crosses the conversion threshold, the credit is automatically applied to the referrer's next invoice (with an explanatory note).

  • Multi-tier & partners

    A marketplace partner can refer their own clients; the system handles two distinct reward tiers (pro referrer vs individual).

  • Notifications & emails

    Automatic email to the referrer at every step (referee signed up, activated, paid), to the admin for validation and to the referee to confirm their bonus.

How it works

From enabling the programme to your first paid-out reward — no spreadsheet to keep alive.

    Enable the programme

    Settings → Referrals: activate, define the referrer/referee scheme, choose conversion conditions.

    Distribute the links

    Each member sees their link and code in their profile; paste into email signatures, LinkedIn, client materials.

  3. 3

    Convert

    When a referee signs up via the code, they show up in your Referrals dashboard with the referrer pre-filled.

  4. 4

    Reward

    Payout is automatic on threshold; you can also trigger a one-off reward manually from the admin.

Compliance — rewards & Belgian VAT

In Belgium, a referral credit paid to a professional is generally a commercial discount (impacting the net amount of the next invoice). For an individual, mind the 6,000 EUR annual threshold on miscellaneous income. The module traces everything to ease an FPS Finance audit.
